Woman Kidnapped And Forced Her To Watch "Roots" So She Could Understand Her Racism

A Michigan man Robert Lee Noye 52 was arrested for kidnapping a woman and making her watch the 1977 miniseries “Roots.” The woman said she was forced to watch the nine hour miniseries about slavery “so she could better understand her racism.” The victim said the man threatened to “kill her and spread her body parts across Interstate 380 on the way to Chicago” if she refused to watch the show. The man has been charged with harassment and false imprisonment.
