Black children from poor neighborhoods who suffer a cardiac arrest are among the least likely to receive CPR from a bystander.
Researchers looked at cardiac arrest outcomes for more than 7,000 children in the US.
They found black kids in poor neighborhoods were the least likely to receive CPR. And they said black kids were more likely to receive CPR in wealthier neighborhoods compared to middle-class and poorer areas.
