The suspected teenage school shooter who allegedly injured four people when he opened fire at a high school was slapped with a number of charges Wednesday.
Timothy George Simpkins was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
18-year-old Simpkins turned himself Wednesday afternoon after officials launched a manhunt for the Timberview High School student accused of firing a .45 caliber gun during a fight with another student.
A 15-year-old boy remained in critical condition after being shot. A 25-year-old man who was also shot was in good condition, along with a teenage girl who was not struck by gunfire.
A pregnant teacher was injured after she fell during the incident, but was not hospitalized.
