The teenage gunman who opened fire at his high school in Arlington, Texas celebrated at home after being released on a $75,000 bond.
The teen was being held on three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon but he walked out of jail yesterday (Thursday) afternoon after a bondsman met the bail terms.
On Wednesday, he pulled a gun from his backpack and shot a 15-year-old boy “seven or eight times”, shot a teacher in the back and grazed a teenage girl.
The boy remains in the hospital in critical condition while the teacher also remains in the hospital.
A family spokeswoman claims the teen acted out of self-defense after being robbed and targeted by bullies.
