Comedian Niecy Nash and her ex, Jay Tucker, have divvied up their property and are just one step away from being divorced. Niecy and her ex have reached a property settlement and will be officially divorced June 21st. In the settlement, Niecy gets their house in Bell Canyon, California and the 2016 Tesla. She also gets to keep her production company, Chocolate Chick. Her ex, who's an electrical engineer, gets the 2011 Ford F-150 truck and will receive a final payment from Nash of $184,820, which represents his cut from the sale of another property. They have both agreed to forever waive the right to spousal support and to keep all earning made after their official separation date, which was June 1st, 2019.
