McDonald's Will Now Require Training Against Harassment, Discrimination At All Restaurants

McDonald’s will now require that all employees get training against harassment and discrimination.

McDonald’s new training will focus on four areas, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation prevention; workplace violence prevention; restaurant employee feedback; and health and safety.

The requirement comes as multiple McDonald’s franchise employees have filed lawsuits against the corporation over the past several years for various violations, including sexual harassment and discrimination.
