Jermaine Dupri Says He Was Supposed to Be In Biggie’s Car the Night He Was Shot

Jermaine Dupri revealed that he was supposed to be in Biggie’s car the night he was shot and killed. The producer said he was at a party when he and Biggie were getting ready to leave for another party when Biggie’s valeted truck pulled up for him to get into, but Dupri’s truck wasn’t there yet. 

Biggie didn’t want Dupri to have to wait for his truck so he offered to give him a ride and just as he was getting in Biggie’s truck, his truck pulled up and he took his own vehicle.  Dupri said thinking about that night is a good reminder of “it could have been…wow, that could have happened to me.”
