Donations to Damar Hamlin's Toy Drive Pass $4 Million
The Buffalo Bills safety, Damar Hamlin who suffered cardiac arrest during The Monday Night football game, started the charity in 2020 to help his mother's day care and his hometown.
A Gofundme supporting The Chasing M's Foundation Community Toy Drive organized by Damar Hamlin received more than $4 million in donations. He started the toy drive while in college.
The fundraiser had a goal of raising $2,500, but after Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest on the field during the game people gravitated to the GoFundMe to support the player.
