Brother Takes His Little Sister To Daddy-Daughter Dance After Dad No-Shows

An 11-year-old boy in Atlanta took his 7-year-old sister to a daddy-daughter dance after their dad didn’t show up.   Their mom took to Facebook and wrote, “She cried because she had her heart set on going. I felt so bad because there was nothing I could do because I’m not a male.” That’s when her older brother stepped in bringing tears to his mothers’ eyes.   He said that he would take her because he wanted her to feel special, and that she deserved “a man keeping his word.”
