Artist Creates 115-Foot Portrait of Kobe Bryant in GRASS On Softball Field

A 115-foot portrait of Kobe Bryant in his Lakers uniform can be found on a Bay Area, Calif. softball field. New Ground Technology makes elaborate displays on turf by flattening, blowing and bending grass to create contrast. the display will only last a couple of days before returning to its natural state.

Bryant died Sunday in a helicopter crash that claimed the lives of eight other people. His 13-year-old daughter Gianna was among the casualties.
