Al Roker Will Be a Grandpa, Daughter Courtney Is Pregnant With First Baby

Al Roker’s daughter Courtney, 35, posted on Instagram on Tuesday that she and her husband, Wesley Laga, are expecting their first child together.

This will be the Roker's first grandchild. Al Roker joked that he has a "grandfather name." “I think in honor of my dad, I’m going to try to go for Pop-Pop.”

Congratulations Courtney and Wesley!

Roker announces on the Today Show,  “For this grandchild, I’m gonna be the best grandpa ever,” he said. “Because I’m gonna do whatever I can to spoil this kid and then hand her back.”

The beautiful family update comes two months after Al’s return to the Today Show due to health issues.
